To find out the remaining balance on your UK phone sim card:
1. Dial 333 from your phone.
2. Press 3.
3. You'll then hear the remaining balance on your UK phone sim card. Remember you started with 300 minutes of calls to UK landlines and UK mobiles, 3,000 texts to UK mobiles and 12GB of data.
Do NOT PANIC OR GET ANGRY when you hear the message saying your balance is 0 pounds and 0 pence. This is normal. You bought a plan, not credit. You don't need to call us to ask why your balance is zero.
