Your UK Data Sim Card comes pre-loaded with 3GB of data, for 90 days.

If you use up all of your data, or you're staying longer than 90 days, you can add more data when you get to the UK.  It costs £2.99 for 500MB (valid for 1 day) or £10 for 1GB (valid for 30 days) or £15 for 3GB (valid for 30 days) or £25 for 7GB (valid for 30 days).

 

To add extra credit once you get to the UK, just purchase a Three UK top-up voucher from any Three Store or from any shop in the UK where you see the green Top-Up logo (such as convenience stores).   You can only purchase a top-up voucher in the UK.  You cannot purchase a top-up voucher online.  You cannot purchase a top-up voucher outside of the UK.

Then you can redeem the recharge voucher:

1. By going to https://www.three.co.uk/Web_top_up, entering the mobile number of your UK Data Sim Card, then select "Voucher" and proceed to enter your recharge voucher code.  The mobile number of your UK Data Sim Card is printed on the reverse of the main part of your sim card casing under "Your Three number"; or

2. By calling 07782 333 444, and following the prompts.  You'll need the mobile number of your UK Data Sim Card which is printed on the reverse of the main part of your sim card casing under "Your Three number".

Once you have redeemed the recharge voucher, call Three UK Customer Care on 0333 300 3333 or 07782 333 333 to request the additional data be added to your UK Data Sim Card.
