Has you trip been cancelled?  Want to know about returning your UK sim card and getting a refund?  


So long as you haven't used your UK sim card, you can return it to us for a full refund (less the postage cost).


If the following two conditions are met, you'll receive a refund:


1. Your UK sim card has not been activated; and

2. Your UK sim card has not been removed from of the outer sim card shell.


Upon receipt of your returned sim card, we'll check that it hasn't been activated, and then we'll process a refund within 24 hours back to the same payment source you used to originally pay for your purchase.
