How do I check my data balance?


Before checking your data balance, please make sure:


1. Your SIM Card has been activated and is inserted in your phone (you can ONLY activate the SIM Card in your phone when you get to the UK or Europe);


2. You have disconnected from any Wi-Fi network you may be using and you've turned Wi-Fi OFF in your phone settings.


WE REPEAT: IF YOU ARE CONNECTED TO WI-FI YOU MUST DISCONNECT AND TURN WI-FI OFF 


STEP 1: Open your phone's web browser and go to the following website: https://www.three.co.uk/New_My3/My3_Home


STEP 2: Click "Check your balance" and you'll see the remaining balance of data.  



Understanding your data balance: your remaining data balance is express in MEGABYTES. There are 1000 MEGABYTES in 1GB. So, for example, if you have 5000 MEGABYTES remaining this means you have 5GB remaining.
