1. Click here to go to the Three UK website (you can use a computer or your phone).


2. If you have not started using your SIM Card yet then STOP! Do not proceed further. Only redeem your voucher after you arrive in the UK/Europe.


3. Enter your UK phone number. Don't use +44 or any other prefix. If your UK number is 07100200300, then enter 07100200300. Then click "Continue".


4. At the next screen click "Use voucher".


5. At the next screen enter the voucher number contained in your email. Then click "Continue". If you have received multiple voucher numbers, re-do each step here for each voucher number.


6. You should then see a confirmation screen. DO NOT convert your cash credit to a data pack.


7. If anything fails during this process, please call Three UK Customer Service by dialing 333 from your phone, call 07782 333 333 from another phone (when in the UK), or call +447782 333 333 (when outside the UK - standard international direct dial rates apply). Because we are NOT the network provider (we only issue the voucher to you) we cannot help with the redemption of the voucher -- all enquiries must be made to Three UK Customer Service.
