These instructions are for recharging your SIM Card to get another 30 days.


Please read the instructions before using your voucher to prevent mistakes being made because we cannot issue a new voucher or refund you if mistakes are made. 


Important information


You cannot redeem/use the voucher until after your current 30 days has ended. This is a quirk with the Three UK system in that you can't add a new days until your current 30 days has ended.


This also means that if you've used all your data within 30 days, you won't get more data until your current 30 days has ended.

 

YOU CANNOT USE/REDEEM YOUR RECHARGE VOUCHER UNTIL AFTER YOUR 30 DAYS HAS ENDED.


Voucher number


We emailed you a voucher number. It has a set amount of cash money £ that will be added to your account when you use/redeem the voucher. Once the cash money is added to your account you'll then use that cash money to purchase a 30 day pack of data, minutes and texts.


YOU MUST ADD THE CASH MONEY TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEN PURCHASE A 30 DAY PACK WITH THE CASH MONEY.


Here's how to redeem/use your voucher:


STOP! You can't use the voucher until after your initial 30 days endsDay 1 was the date you first inserted the SIM Card into your phone. Log into your Three.co.uk account (as explained below) to find out when your 30 days ends. For example, if April 12 is the 30th day then you can't use the voucher until April 13.


Step 1. Create an online account with Three. Click here to go to the Three UK website. Enter your UK phone number then follow the instructions to set up your online account (you'll need to verify your email address etc). 


Then log into your account where you'll be able to see then when your current 30 days ends (remember don't use the voucher until your current 30 days ends).


Step 2. Click on "Manage Top-ups". [Sometimes the website navigation can change a little, so if things aren't exactly as describe in these instructions just use some common sense to work out the navigation].


Step 3. Under the heading "How would you like to top up?" select "Use voucher". 


REMEMBER: YOU CANNOT USE THE VOUCHER UNTIL THE DAY AFTER YOUR INITIAL 30 DAYS HAS ENDED. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE VOUCHER UNTIL AFTER THE DAY YOUR INITIAL 30 DAYS HAS ENDED.


Step 4. Enter the voucher number in your email, then you must go to step 5 below.


Step 5. Select "Check out all Data Packs". [if you don't see this, go to SPECIAL STEP below]


Step 6. Select "Choose this data pack" making sure you select the one that has the highest amount of GB. Occasionally the Three UK network offers us (and our customers) promotional data amounts so if you can use your cash money £ to buy a higher amount of data, then do so.


Step 7. Choose your start date and click "Continue" - then select today's date to have your new 30 days start immediately. Alternatively you can choose a future date.


SPECIAL STEP. Only if you don't see "Check out all Data Packs" in Step 6, then go back to the main account screen where you see all the details of your account, and then select "Buy Add-on". 


Choose the Add-on corresponding to the £ value of credit that is now in your account after redeeming your voucher. For example, if you have £10 credit, then choose the corresponding £10 Add-on.


When it comes to payment, select to pay with your cash credit (that's the £ already in your account).
