If you urgently require a sim card, you can choose the Express Post delivery option. You don't need to contact us to ask to have your order sent Express Post. We repeat: you do NOT need to call us or email us to have your delivery sent by Express Post.
We dispatch to Australia Post on the next business day (we don't dispatch the same day) - and orders received after 6pm are considered to be received the next day.
If you are located in the Express Post network (see table below) then you'll receive your sim card the day after we post it to you.
So if you order on a Monday, we post on Tuesday and Australia Post would deliver on the Wednesday (provided that you're located in the Express Post network - see more below). Similarly, if you ordered on a Friday or weekend, we dispatch on Monday so it would be delivered on Tuesday. Orders received after 6pm are deemed received by us on the next day and would post the day after that. For example, if you ordered at 9pm on Monday, that would considered received by us on Tuesday and we would post it Wednesday and you'd receive it Thursday.
