Your phone must be both network unlocked and technically compatible to use the UK Phone Sim Card.

Technically compatible: All Australian iPhones (including the most recent model iPhone) are compatible with the UK Phone Sim Card. Almost all other recent model Smartphones are compatible. The only phones which may not be technically compatible are very old phones (eg older than 5 years).
If you're not sure if your phone will be technically compatible, please note that your phone needs to operate on the following frequencies:
- 4G/LTE 800 and 1800 MHz; and/or
- 3G 2100 MHz
Just head over to the website http://www.gsmarena.com and search for your phone, and check its specifications. If it operates on 4G/LTE 800 and/or 1800 MHz then you'll get 4G data speeds. If it only operates on 3G 2100 MHz then you'll get 3G data speeds.
