To check the remaining data balance on your data sim card for iPad, Tablet or Hotspot:
1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your iPad or Tablet. If you're using a Hotspot, connect your laptop to the Hotspot.
2. On your web browser, go to https://www.three.co.uk
3. Click on "Check your data allowance"
4. Your data balance will be shown in MB - eg 2,000MB = 2GB.
If you use up all of your data, you can add more data. It costs £10 for 1GB (valid for 30 days) or £15 for 3GB (valid for 30 days) or £25 for 7GB (valid for 30 days).
To add extra credit, you'll need to top up your sim card. We sell top up vouchers (just email us at info@ukprepaidsimcard.com.au) or you can purchase a Three UK top-up voucher from any Three Store or from any shop in the UK where you see the green Top-Up logo (such as convenience stores). You can only purchase a top-up voucher in the UK.
